The Global Health Initiative for the Prevention of Bullying (GHIPB) is an emergent project to raise international awareness about the serious health and safety risks associated with bullying, across social settings and along the lifespan. GHIPB intends to promote the prevention, detection and treatment of bullying related morbidity by all health professionals, within a whole community effort.

The aim of its webpage is to provide awareness, among medical students and professionals, about the nature, ecology and epidemiology of bullying and the prevention of its related morbidity. Its content will only include references and links to articles published in peer-review journals and/or documents available in the public domain.

GHIPB does not seek any financial support and is not available to provide any clinical consultation. Its activities are performed on a voluntary basis, as part of international advocacy efforts to prevent bullying related health problems.
